Altura Services LLC provides aerial photography, aerial inspections, construction documentation, mapping, 3D modeling, and related drone services.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if project requirements, site conditions, or scope of work change.

Flight Restrictions

Services are subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and site accessibility. Altura Services LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel operations when conditions are unsafe or legally restricted.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information and obtaining any necessary permissions to access private property.

Deliverables

Deliverables may include photographs, videos, orthomosaic maps, 3D models, progress reports, or other agreed-upon products. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and weather conditions.

Mapping & Modeling Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated in writing, maps, models, measurements, and imagery provided by Altura Services LLC are for visualization, documentation, and informational purposes only and are not intended for legal surveying, engineering, architectural design, or boundary determination.

Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Deliverables may be withheld until payment is received in full.

Limitation of Liability

Altura Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.

Intellectual Property

Altura Services LLC retains ownership of all original imagery and media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted usage rights for the purposes outlined in the project agreement.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice.
